1) I sent in 17 shirts to be laundered and pressed. One of them was charged as a blouse but I sent this shirt in last time and it wasn't charged as a blouse. 2) I was given someone else's laundry bag. Nevertheless, I still appreciate the cost, convenience, and quality of pressing.
